Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms’) carefully. While using any current or future services offered by Citrus Carmashala, referred to as ‘Academy’, whether or not included in the https://citruscarmashala.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as ‘Site’), the student will abide by these Terms.

Mode of Payment

1. Online Payments can be initiated via [insert mode].
2. Online Payment: Card and Net Banking Payment can be done through the Online Payment link (insert link).
3. Disclaimer: This service is being provided in order to facilitate access to students to pay their fees online to the Academy through an electronic and automated collection and remittance service (the “Payment Gateway”) hosted through [insert name of the payment service provider]  (the ‘Payment Service Providers’). The Academy makes no representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Payment Gateway other than what is specified for this purpose. The student expressly agrees that his/ her use of the aforesaid online payment service is entirely at his/her/their own risk and responsibility of the student. Online payment of fees does not serve as final admission to any courses of the Academy. Admission formalities need to be completed separately.

Payment of Fees for Courses

1. It is mandatory for students to pay the fees on the due dates as published in the Course and Fees Structure as provided under Annexure 1. [to insert Fee Structure as annexure]. Failure to make the full payment of fees and other charges on scheduled dates may result in suspension from the Academy, and the Academy will not be liable to give any refund and/or losses that occur to the student in this regard. The Academy will not be required to consider any adjustment of fees towards any other course offered, or that may be offered by the Academy at any point in time.
2. Without prejudice to the right of the Academy to suspend, delay in payment of any fees may be condoned upon payment of late payment charges of Rs. [insert]/- per week or part thereof of delay.
3. If a student fails to pay the fee for consecutive 2 months after the due date of payment, he/she will be declared a dropout. A dropout student won’t be able to attend classes or appear for exams. The student can rejoin the course after paying the pending fee and a reinstatement charge of Rs. [insert amount]/-. The student will not be able to avail of any discount scheme, if any, which was offered to him at the time of admission.
4. If a cheque bounces, the student will pay Rs. [insert amount]/- as penalty charges. The payment of the bounced cheque amount will be made in cash or by DD immediately, or the penalty mentioned in the above points will be applicable.
5. Students who choose to discontinue the course after commencing will remain liable to pay the full fees and any expenses, costs and/or disbursements incurred by the Academy.
6. In the event of a student’s financial obligation not being fulfilled, the Academy is authorized to do the following until the student clears its outstanding payments:

Withhold the release of the student’s academic records or any information based upon the records. Withhold the issuance of the student’s transcripts and certificate. Not acknowledge that the student has completed the course and/or give the student a letter of recommendation.

Refund and Cancellation

1. Refund initiated will be credited to the account/card from where the transaction had initiated. Refund shall be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation request.
2. All requests for cancellation must be submitted by following the cancellation link and will be considered as per the guidelines outlined below:

1. • If the cancellation request is placed within three days of registration for a course, full Registration fees will be reimbursed.
   • If the cancellation request is placed after 3 days of registration but before the expiry of 15 days from the date of registration, the refund will be given after deducting Rs. [insert] from the registration fees.
   • Any cancellation requested after 15 days of registration by the student shall not be entertained, and they will not be entitled to any refunds.
   • Changing of batches is not permitted under any circumstances for all students except in the situation of a medical emergency and if approved by the Academy.
   • Any cancellation/long absence/non-attendance for any reason during the tenure of the course will not be accepted by the Academy, and the student will be liable to pay the full course fees as per the Fees Structure.

If in case of any unforeseen circumstance or on account of any circumstance beyond the control of the Academy, the Academy is required to suspend or cancel any Course, the course fee would be subject to refund to the extent and manner decided by the Academy in light of the prevailing circumstance.

Upon successful enrolment, the student will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description on our Site.

All course materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, and any other content, are owned by or licensed to the Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws. The student may only use course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate of completion will be granted to the student by Technicolor Creative Studios Academy and Citrus Ink Studios Pvt. Ltd.

1. All cases of individual misconduct/indiscipline will be investigated by the Academy. The decision of the Academy shall be final and binding.
2. Disciplinary action for misconduct will include the imposition of a fine, exclusion from classes/seminars/, withholding of placement opportunities [to include if any opportunities are being provided], de-barring from appearing for the internship, and in serious cases, suspension/expulsion from the Academy.
3. The Academy reserves the right to ask a student to leave the course at any time should the student’s performance, or general conduct, as adjudged by the Academy, is found to be unsatisfactory.
4. In such a case, the Academy will not be liable to refund the student any amount that he/she has invested with the Academy. Nor will the Academy be liable on any account for the student’s future, career, and any tangible/intangible losses whatsoever.
5. The Academy retains the right to change any of its policies, fees, and course structure without any prior notice.

All fees posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The amount of fees prevailing at the commencement of registration will apply. In case there are any additional charges or taxes, the same will be mentioned on the Site.

1. General
   The Academy grants to the student a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site and not to download or modify it or any portion of it, except with express written consent of the Academy.
2. No license for commercial sale
   This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this Site or its content; any collection and use of any product listing, description, or pricing; copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This Site or any portion of this Site shall not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Academy.

The student must not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead identity while registering for any course provided on the Site.

The Academy provides no job guarantee after the successful completion of a course.

1. Student work: By enrolling in the course, the student grants to the Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display any original work created by the student during the course for promotional or educational purposes.
2. Academy materials: The student may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials provided by the Academy without express written permission.

The Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of the student in the course if the student violates these Terms or engages in any prohibited conduct. Termination may result in the forfeiture of fees.

These Terms will be construed only in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles. In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, about or in relation to these Terms or any other conditions on this Site, only the courts in New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
